Privacy Policy Effective

YidongSports ("the App", "we", "us") is a free football scores and analytics application. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses on your device and how it is used. We do not require you to register, log in, or provide any personal information to use the App.
1. Information we do not collect
- We do not collect your name, email, phone number, address, or any government identifier.
- We do not create user accounts.
- We do not ask for or access your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, location, or health data.
- We do not use any third-party advertising or analytics SDK that profiles you.
2. Information stored locally on your device
The following information is stored only on your device (using iOS UserDefaults / SharedPreferences) and never leaves it:
- Your favourite teams and leagues.
- Your personal score predictions and notes for matches.
- Match reminders you turn on.
- App preferences (theme, language, refresh interval).
You can clear all locally stored data at any time by tapping Settings → Data & Storage → Clear Cache, or by uninstalling the App.
3. Third-party data sources
To show live scores, fixtures and standings, the App requests publicly available football data from API-Football (api-sports.io). These requests transmit only the technical query (such as the league ID, fixture ID or date) and a server-side API key controlled by us. They do not include any data that identifies you.
Your IP address is visible to API-Football's servers only as a routine consequence of any internet request and is not associated with personal data by us.
4. Children's privacy
The App is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect data from children. Because we collect no personal information at all, the App does not target children for any data-related purpose.
5. Your rights
Because we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no personal data to access, export or delete on our side. Locally stored preferences and notes can be removed at any time from the App settings or by uninstalling the App.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we add new features. Material changes will be reflected here together with an updated effective date.

Frequently asked questions
A score, lineup or stat looks wrong
All match data comes from public sports databases via API-Football. Live scores and statistics are typically updated by the data provider within 30 seconds of the live event. If a value still looks incorrect after a few minutes, pull down to refresh — the App will fetch the latest data.
My favourites or notes disappeared
Favourites, predictions and notes are stored locally on your device. They are removed if the App is uninstalled or if "Clear Cache" is used in Settings. We do not have a copy of this data on any server, so it cannot be restored remotely.
The App shows the wrong language
Open Settings → Language inside the App and choose English, 简体中文 or 繁體中文. The App will reload immediately in the selected language.
Live scores aren't updating
Make sure your device has an active internet connection. Pull down on any list to force a refresh. You can also adjust the auto-refresh interval in Settings → Data & Storage → Auto Refresh.

您可以随时通过设置 → 数据与存储 → 清除缓存清除所有本地数据，或者卸载应用。
三、第三方数据源
为提供实时比分、赛程和积分榜，本应用会向 API-Football（api-sports.io）请求公开的足球数据。这些请求只包含技术参数（如联赛 ID、赛事 ID 或日期）以及由我们持有的服务端 API 密钥，不会包含任何能够识别您身份的数据。
您的 IP 地址作为任何网络请求的常规副产品对 API-Football 服务器可见，我们不会将其与个人数据关联。
四、未成年人
本应用面向普通用户，不会有意收集未成年人的数据。由于我们完全不收集个人信息，本应用也不会出于任何与数据相关的目的针对未成年人。
五、您的权利
